The Brief
Royal precision standard.
The Royal Grand Mosque at Nizwa is a national cultural and religious landmark commissioned directly by Royal Court Affairs. Sacred-architecture programmes carry a different delivery standard — craft-led, finish-critical, and intolerant of variance from Royal-approved drawings.
PKAS Intervention
A craft-led baseline.
As Planning Manager at Carillion Alawi LLC, Arunachalam built the Primavera baseline around traditional craft trades and decorative finishes — integrating marble, calligraphy, and timber sub-programmes within a structural and MEP master schedule, all reported to Royal Court Affairs cadence.
