How quickly can PKAS mobilise a planner or QS? expand_more
For most engagements, we can have a certified Primavera planner or Quantity Surveyor on-site within 48 hours of receiving your instruction. For same-day requirements, contact us directly on WhatsApp.
Do you work with contractors or developers only? expand_more
Both. We work with main contractors, subcontractors, developers, and owner's representatives. Our services are calibrated to your position in the contract — whether you're defending a claim or making one.
What information do I need for an EOT claim assessment? expand_more
At minimum: your contract, the baseline programme, progress records, and the delay event correspondence. We'll conduct an initial entitlement assessment and tell you what additional documentation would strengthen the claim.
Are you based in Dubai and available for site visits? expand_more
Yes. PKAS is headquartered in International City, Dubai. We attend site visits, authority submissions, and project meetings in person across the UAE. We are not a remote-only service.
