Al Wasl Property Developers commissioned a flagship Hyatt Grand Hotel and adjoining residential / hotel-apartment buildings near Port Rashid. The Hyatt brand carried specific finish, MEP, and operational standards that had to land on a Dubai municipal timeline.

As Planning Manager / Project Coordinator at Sobha Engineering & Contracting, Arunachalam led the programme from mid-project and effectively assumed Project Manager responsibilities for the final 18 months of the completion stage in the absence of a dedicated Project Director — closing out and handing the project over successfully.
