The Brief
Five buildings. One programme.
CSEPF commissioned a major mixed-use development in Ghala Heights comprising a 282-key Mövenpick Grand Hotel, 58 hotel service apartments, 144 residential apartments across three towers, and 39,000 sqm of office / retail. The programme needed to align five distinct buildings on a shared infrastructure base.

As Senior Planning Manager at Al Tasnim Enterprises LLC, Arunachalam led the master programme across the five buildings — coordinating shared basement and infrastructure works, sequencing hotel and residential delivery, and integrating high-quality interior fit-out for the Mövenpick brand under SSH consultancy oversight.
